If your computer is acting up feel free to stop by. We don't charge for diagnosis. We also employ a "no fix, no fee" policy. That means if we were unable to fix your device there is no charge.

Mobile Repair

When your phone screen breaks, bring it over! If it's an iPhone we'll have done in about an hour. No worries we work on Androids and tablets also, it just takes a little longer.

Design and Print

We also design all sorts of things like logos and websites. You can also get things printed with us. Whether its that business card we just made you or some family pics you want in large format.

Printer Ink

Printer running low on ink? Stop by and get top quality refilled ink cartridges for a fraction of the cost of new ones. We have some inks in stock, but if we don't, just tell us your printer model and we'll find the ink for it.

PC Savvy was started with one purpose, to be different than the competition. Is it possible to offer low cost repairs, good customer service, and outstanding quality? Yes, yes it is, and that is what we do everyday.

We’re a new company, only been around seven years. Noe Ortiz started PC Savvy in 2014 as a side job in Walla Walla while attending college. Then he had to start again in Chehalis when he graduated and moved.

PC Savvy was literally built from the ground up, at first Noe was fixing computers on the floor. Not to worry we’ve improved since then and in 2019 we serviced over 200 computers! We don’t plan on stopping and you’re invited to be a part of our story!
